Balai Bahasa Jawa Barat Adakan Kegiatan Pembinaan Komunitas Penggerak Literasi di Kabupaten Sumedang

Pada hari senin 4 Maret sampai hari selasa 5 Maret 2024, Balai Bahasa Jawa Barat adakan pelatihan dan edukasi bagi komunitas literasi di kabupaten Sumedang, lebih tepatnya di Hotel Kencana Jaya Sumedang. Salah satu tujuan diadakannya acara ini adalah untuk mendongkrak Kembali semangat para pegiat literasi dalam rangka meningkatkan indeks baca di Kabupaten Sumedang.

Acara ini di hadiri oleh Ketua Forum TBM Jawa Barat, Aam Siti Aminah dan di buka langsung oleh Dr. Herawati, M.A. selaku Kepala Balai Bahasa Jawa barat. Acara ini dihadiri oleh 50 Peserta dari berbagai komunitas literasi yang ada di kabupaten Sumedang. Selain daripada itu, PJ Bupati Sumedang yakni Drs. Herman Suryatman, M.Si. juga ikut menghadiri acara dan memberikan edukasi terkait literasi. Hal yang ia soroti ialah bahwa sumedang harus menjadi daerah yang literate sehingga dapat memanfaatkan kemampuan literasi untuk menyejahterakan diri pribadi hingga masyarakat di daerah yang ia tempati.

Di dalam acari ini, ada beberapa materi yang di suguhkan kepada peserta. Diantaranya, Herawati memperkenalkan salah satu lembaga pemerintah yaitu Balai Bahasa Jawa Barat yang berfokus bergerak di bidang pengembangan dan pemasyarakatan bahasa dan sastra kepada para peserta. Selain daripada itu, beliau juga mengungkapkan tentang pentingnya pengelolaan TBM, dengan menyoroti bahwa perkembangan teknologi dikhawatirkan akan membuat indeks literasi kian menurun sehingga TBM yang bergerak di bidang tersebut, terutama di daerah-daerah tertentu mengalami mati suri.

Pembahasan lain yang tak kalah penting untuk diperhatikan adalah literasi digital dalam media sosial. Pak Tendy menekankan supaya para pegiat literasi lebih memperhatikan bentuk dan struktur berita hoaks agar tidak serampangan dalam meyakini berita tersebut bahkan sampai menyebarkannya. Artinya sebagai pengguna media sosial, haruslah lebih memperhatikan keamanan dan kenyamanan pengguna lain dalam menggunakan media sosial.

Hal senada juga disampaikan oleh salah satu peserta, Meylani mempertanyakan bahwa sebagai warga negara sekaligus pengguna media sosial, bagaimana cara kita menyikapi komplektisitas dalam bermain media sosial tanpa melanggar 4 pilar literasi digital yakni Etika, budaya, keterampilan dan keamanan. Ia juga menambahkan bahwa di zaman sekarang kita semakin sulit mengetahui kepribadian seseorang baik itu di dunia maya maupun dunia nyata karena adanya keterbatasan tertentu.  

Pada akhir acara, PJ Bupati Sumedang berharap agar kegiatan ini senantiasa mewujud dan terus berjalan berkesinambungan sehingga sumedang dapat meningkatkan indeks literasi ke Tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Beliau juga menyampaikan bahwa pemerintah mendukung penuh kegiatan ini dan segera dalam waktu dekat akan di adakan pertemuan lanjutan dengan para pegiat literasi, supaya dapat menunjang kegiatan maupun program literasi di Kabupaten Sumedang.

    She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit
    crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to
