SDIT Khaira Ummah mengadakan kegiatan Literasi  dalam meriahkan Hari Aksara

Sumedang, maracasumedang.com – Dalam memperingtai hari Aksara Internasinal banyak yang memperingatinya dengan beragam acara dilakukan seperti halnya dilakukan  oleh para pelajar SDIT Khaira Ummah yang berada di Komplek Griya Jatinangor II  beberapa hari yang lalu 8/9/23  dengan mengadakan kegiatan literasi di luar kelas. Sebenarnya kegiatan literasi di SDIT Khaira Ummah ini bukan Cuma pada moment hari aksara saja namun secara rutin kegiatan literasi dilaksanakan pada tiap hari jumat tentunya setiap kegiatannya berbeda-beda tema dan  mengacu pada enam literasi dasar.

Pada moment Hari Aksara Internasional 2023 ,  SDIT Khaira Ummah  kembali memperingatinya dengan  berkegiatan membuat buku sendiri secara sederhana dengan media kertas HVS, pensil warna serta gunting. Dalam kegiatan ini siswa bisa berimajinasi membuat tokoh cerita dari hewan atau bertemakan lingkungan ditambah  gambar bisa digerakan karena ditambah variasi gunting, lipat tentunya hasil karyanya akan membuat menarik dan bisa merangsang mereka untuk terus berimajinasi membuat kelanjutan cerita. Kegiatan ini dipandu sama kang Rohman Gumilar founder dari TBM Bina Kreasi Muda juga pengurus Forum Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) Jawa Barat.

Menurut Salah satu Guru di SDIT Khaira Ummah,  Muhammad Haryadi mengatakan  kegiatan ini akan terus  dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dalam setiap minggunya karena berharap selain budaya baca dan indeks literasi sekolah  ingin meningkat perpustakaan yang sudah ada di Sekolah juga ingin betul-betul aktif dengan beragam kegiatan literasi  baik membaca maupun kegiatan literasi lainnya. Maka bersamaan dengan kegiatan merayakan hari Aksara Internasional pihak sekolah membagikan kartu anggota perpustakaan kepada seluruh siswa agar dalam waktu istrihat atau dalam pelajaran tertentu bisa memanfaatkan perpustakaan sekolah.

Ditingkatkannya kegiatan literasi sebagai upaya juga mengalihkan anak pada permainan gadget yang terkadang akan mengganggu konsetrasi belajar walaupun itu dilakukan di rumah dan sangat masih perlu bimbingan orangtua begitu ungkap kang Muhammad Haryadi.
